For a number of years we have been the recognised leader in the SAP ERP space, with a proven reputation for helping customers reduce operating costs or improve business performance. We are now actively building on that pedigree to offer customers a wider range of integrated business solutions.
As SAP has grown through acquisition, we too have looked for opportunities to provide a greater breadth of offering to the market, and over the last 12 months we have laid the foundations by significantly lifting our commitment to solutions that better service the buying and selling needs of our customers.
In particular since SAP’s acquisition of Ariba, the industry leading spend management solution, we have increased our commitment around this platform and solution. We were already active in this area but have accelerated our offering and recruited a number of key resources, including Capability Lead Milos Lekovic (formerly with SAP and Ariba) to lead the practice. We believe that by leveraging our market leading capabilities in project management, solution architecture, configuration, integration and application support we can deliver substantial benefits to those deploying Ariba. These realisable benefits include improving contract compliance, expanding catalogue availability to more suppliers and on-boarding suppliers for purchase order and invoice automation. These improvements will generate cost savings for customers by eliminating labour intensive purchasing procedures.
Late last year we made another significant investment in a related area when we acquired the leading SAP hybris and ecommerce specialist, White Labelled – a move that provides us with an integrated digital solutions and implementation capability.
With our Ariba and hybris capability we now have a fully integrated offering across the customer (through hybris and SAP CRM), the business (through our core SAP ERP solutions) and the supplier (through our Ariba portfolio). Tying this all together is our business analytics and technology practices which act as the insight and glue to enable our customers to maximise the benefits from these investments.
