Tim has over 20 years experience in driving digital transformations for customers across the strategy, customer experience and technology domains. He started in the UK working for the likes of York University, BBC, Audi and Travel Inn to Australia where he has worked in government, retail, finance and travel. More recently, Tim has focussed on developing products to help Public Sector organisations deliver citizen engagement benefits quickly, and as the Product Manager for the partner, developed SAP Hybris Citizen Engagement Accelerator. This work has led to him being made CSC’s Global SAP Hybris Leader where he is heading Citizen Engagement initiatives around the world.
